When you submit an estimate inquiry through the website, the information you provide is handled through B12's native form submission and Contact Manager features. Inquiry fields include name, phone number, email address, address or ZIP code, service preferences, water heater type, project description, and preferred contact method.

3. How we use information

To respond to your inquiry and discuss water heating options and possible next steps. Choosing a preferred contact method is not a marketing subscription or a promise that text messaging is active.

4. Analytics
